What KitaMo is
KitaMo is a record-keeping tool for small business owners and sellers in the Philippines. It records what you sell and what it cost you, and shows what is left over.
What KitaMo is not
- It is not an accounting system and not a BIR filing tool. The figures it shows are based only on what you enter.
- It is not a payment system. No money moves through KitaMo. Payment reference numbers are notes you type for yourself.
- It is not financial, tax or legal advice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what is entered under your account. Tell us at support@kitamo.online if you think someone else has access.
Your data is yours
You own what you enter. You can delete it at any time from the delete account page. We do not claim ownership of your business records.
Testing period and availability
KitaMo is in limited testing. It is provided as is, without warranty. The service may be unavailable at times, features may change, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Acceptable use
Do not use KitaMo to break the law, to store someone else's personal information without their knowledge, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Cost
KitaMo is free during the testing period. If that ever changes, you will be told before any charge, and never charged without agreeing first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
