Ang maikling bersyon
Ang KitaMo ay nag-iimbak ng negosyo mo sa isang server para makita mo ito kahit saang device. Ikaw lang ang makakakita ng data mo. Walang ads, walang analytics, at hindi namin ibinebenta ang data mo kaninuman.
What we store
When you use KitaMo, we store what you type in:
- Account: your email address and a password that is hashed by our authentication provider. We never see your password.
- Business: business name, business type, owner name, barangay, optional contact number, and stall name.
- Paninda: product name, category, selling price, purchase cost, stock, unit, and bundle pricing.
- Benta: sales, the items in each sale, amounts, payment method, and any reference number you type yourself.
- Stock movements: every change to your stock, so your count and your records always agree.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no ad networks, no ad identifiers.
- No analytics or tracking SDKs. The app ships six code dependencies and none of them is an analytics tool.
- No selling or sharing of your data with third parties.
- No payment processing. A GCash, Maya or bank reference number is text you type for your own records. KitaMo never connects to a payment provider and no money moves through it.
- No access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.
Where it is stored
Your data is held in a managed PostgreSQL database run by Supabase, in Singapore (ap-southeast-1), and the site is served by Vercel. These two companies process data on our behalf so the service can run. Access is enforced at the database itself: every table carries a row-level policy scoping it to the owner, so one seller's account cannot read another's.
Cookies
One essential cookie keeps you signed in. It is set by our authentication provider, is not readable by scripts on the page, and is not used for tracking. Your unfinished cart is kept in your own browser's storage so a refresh does not lose it; it never leaves your device until you record the sale. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from Akin inside the app, or from the delete account page. Your business data is hidden immediately and permanently removed within 30 days. If you want it removed sooner, email support@kitamo.online.
Testing period
KitaMo is currently in limited testing with a small number of sellers. This policy describes the product as it works today. If a future version adds anything that changes how your data is handled, this page is updated before that version ships.
Children
KitaMo is a business tool for adults. It is not directed at children.
